SHIPPING POLICY

Most products are shipped within 1-4 business days.  We offer several different shipping methods to best suit your needs.  You can view your live shipping option rates during checkout and select the method that works best for you.

*Summer Month Shipping*

Products are shipped out of Texas.  We do the best we can when handmaking them to ensure the items can tolerate the temperatures.  However, we recommend a faster shipping option to ensure the items are not sitting in excessive heat for extended periods of time.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking. 

 

Once we have received your return and have verified the item is new and in unused condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
